At our winery, we believe a wine tasting should be more than just sampling a few wines. It should be a Sparkling Experience! When you come to visit, you can expect your visit to be relaxing and pleasurable.
Just because the owners have changed does not mean the wine has changed. Mike and Jean Davin are the new owners of Sparkling Ponds. They have pledged to continue making the same wines many have come to enjoy and love, with the same dedication and quality that our loyal customers have come to expect.
On the shores surrounding Lake Erie, we are blessed with exceptional grapes. While Sparkling Ponds continues to produce its original favorite wines, we will also be expanding our partnerships with our neighboring grape farmers to increase our varieties. Partnerships like these increase crop sales for our local growers.
Special wine preview tastings are planned for later this year after the final pickings. These will be special events so that everyone, including the farmer, vintner and consumer, can enjoy the fruits of our labors.
Our web calendar will soon be populated with our Sparkling Ponds tasting nights. Our tasting parties will include local favorite delicacies on the sweet and savory sides.
